  Модули расширения

  С модулями расширения дипазон возможных конфигураций может быть расширен. Они монтируются к корпусу станций SIMATIC HMI PRO и может быть собрана отдельно такими элементами как 3SB, кнопками аварийного останова, переключателями, считывателями RFID и т.п.

  • Они могут монтироваться по необходимости как слева, так и справа
  • Изоляция кабелей с защитой IP65
  • Может быть оснащенны индивидуально
  • Для всех устройств 15"/19" PRO

  Extension Units for 16:9 PRO devices

  

  In the first delivery stage, only the Extension Units Hardwired are available for the respective 12", 15", 19" and 22" PRO devices.

  Each Extension Unit has a certain number of mounting spaces for operator controls.

  • Extension Unit 12": 6 slots
  • Extension Unit 15": 8 slots
  • Extension Unit 19": 10 mounting spaces
  • Extension Unit 22": 12 mounting spaces

  The assembly of the Extension Units is extremely easy: The individual operator controls can be easily mounted and quickly wired in the pre-punched positions without the need for special tools. Just as easily, elements can later be replaced or newly installed in the event of a defect or over the course of a machine retrofit or expansion.

  The Extension Units are supplied unequipped (the Extension Units are equipped by the customers themselves).

  Extension Units for 4:3 PRO devices

  

  The Extension Units for 4:3 PRO devices are mounted on the SIMATIC HMI 4:3 PRO device and can be equipped individually, e.g. with Key Panel (KP8), 3SB elements, emergency stop buttons, key switches, RFID readers, etc.

  • They can be mounted on the left or right side of the 4:3 PRO device, as required
  • Direct installation of up to 2 Key Panels KP8 / KP8F
  • IP65 - cable routing
  • Can be equipped individually
  • For all 4:3 15"/19" PRO devices

  Интеграция

  The Extension Units are characterized by:

  • availability in four different sizes respectively for the 12", 15", 19" and 22" PRO devices.
  • Three connection options per size:
    • Hardwired, PROFINET and PROFISAFE (expected availability from Q2/2017)
    • Large selection of operator controls
    • Complete flexibility in the layout of operator controls
    • Fast cabling thanks to preassembled cable harness and connectors

  Thanks to these properties, the Extension Units enable customers to implement a large variety of operating scenarios
