Область применения
Штеккер RS 485 для PROFIBUS служит для подключения PROFIBUS-станций или PROFIBUS-сетевых компонентов к сети PROFIBUS.
Дизайн
Сетевые соединители RS 485 для PROFIBUS оснащены встроенными терминальными резисторами и позволяют использовать для передачи данных скорости до 12Мбит/с. Соединители выпускаются в нескольких вариантах:
- Сетевые соединители с осевым отводом кабеля, предназначенные для подключения программаторов/компьютеров, панелей оператора и кнопочных панелей.
- Сетевые соединители с отводом кабеля под углом 90°, предназначенные для подключения систем автоматизации SIMATIC S7/C7. Некоторые соединители этой группы оснащены дополнительным гнездом для подключения программатора.
- Сетевые соединители с отводом кабеля под углом 30°, предназначенные для подключения систем автоматизации SIMATIC S7/C7. Скорость передачи данных через эти соединители ограничена значением 1.5Мбит/с.
- Сетевые соединители FastConnect с осевым отводом кабеля или отводом кабеля под углом 90°, позволяющие осуществлять быстрый монтаж соединений.
Функции
Сетевой соединитель подключается непосредственно к встроенному интерфейсу PROFIBUS подключаемого оборудования (9-полюсное гнездо соединителя D-типа). Приходящая и отходящая линии подключаются к 4 терминалам соединителя, имеющим соответствующую маркировку.
Встроенный терминальный резистор (отсутствует в соединителе 6ES7972-0BA30-0XA0) может переводиться во включенное или отключенное состояние с помощью специального переключателя. Во включенное состояние должны переводиться терминальные резисторы соединителей, расположенных на концах сегментов. Во всех остальных соединителях терминальные резисторы должны быть отключены.
