  В системе ECOFASTвсе приборы подключаются к PROFIBUSDPс помощью сетевых кабелей.

  Сетевые кабели имеют гибридное исполнение и включают:

  • электрическую (RS 485) или оптическую цепь PROFIBUSDP;
  • четыре медных жилы для цепей питания =24 В:
    • не коммутируемая цепь =24 В (для питания электроники и входов)
    • коммутируемая цепь =24 В (для питания выходов, отключаемая по сигналам экстренного отключения питания)

  Гибридные кабели ECOFAST поставляются по метражу (не разделанными) или отрезками определенной длины с двумя установленными соединителями ECOFAST (HanBrid).

  Особенности

  • Стандартное распределенное исполнение с высокой степенью защиты (IP65) позволяет получать экономию на этапах
    • конфигурирования,
    • подключения внешних цепей,
    • монтажа,
    • выполнения пуско-наладочных работ и
    • эксплуатации готовой системы.
  • Использование ECOFAST позволяет сокращать время подготовки предложений, планирования и проектирования систем автоматизации машин и предприятий:

  • ECOFAST обеспечивает возможность быстрого выполнения пуско-наладочных работ в системах автоматизации и приводных системах:

    • Исчерпывающая диагностика на уровне отдельного прибора или сети.
    • Высокий уровень электромагнитной защиты, обеспечиваемый конструкцией соединителей.
  • ECOFAST повышает ремонтопригодность оборудования:
    • Снижение времени простоя, обеспечиваемое возможностью быстрой и безопасной замены приборов.
    • Исключение возможности разрыва цепей питания и сети при замене приборов.
    • Автоматическая настройка параметров вновь устанавливаемых приборов.
    • Исчерпывающий набор статусной и диагностической информации.
    • Передача значений оперативных параметров (например, величины тока или сообщений о своем состоянии).
