    Область применения

     

    • Имеются в распоряжении различные типы кабелей для всевозможных приложений применения сетей PROFIBUS.
    • При построении сетей PROFIBUS лучше использовать перечисленные типы кабелей.

      

    Дизайн

    Сетевые кабели PROFIBUS - это экранированные витые пары, имеющие круглое поперечное сечение. Все сетевые кабели PROFIBUS характеризуются следующими показателями:

    • Двойное экранирование жил, позволяющее осуществлять надежную передачу данных в промышленных условиях.
    • Заземление кабелей выполняется через корпуса сетевых соединителей или сетевых терминалов.
    • Длина кабеля наносится на его оболочке.

      

    Кабели FastConnect имеют специальное исполнение и позволяют использовать для разделки специальный инструмент. Это позволяет существенно сократить время на их разделку и установку сетевых соединителей.

     

    • PROFIBUS FC Standard Cable: обеспечивает возможность быстрого монтажа соединительных линий PROFIBUS.
    • PROFIBUS FC Robust Cable: кабель для прокладки в химически агрессивных средах с воздействием вибрации и тряски.
    • PROFIBUS FC Food Cable: кабель для применения в пищевой промышленности, производстве напитков, табачном производстве.
    • PROFIBUS FC Underground Cable: кабель для прокладки в земле, имеющий дополнительные элементы бронирования.
    • PROFIBUS FC Trailing Cable: кабель для подключения аппаратуры, располагаемой на подвижных частях оборудования.
    • PROFIBUS FC FRNC Cable: экранированная витая пара с оболочкой, не выделяющей вредных газов при горении.

      

    Кабели, не отвечающие требованиям технологии FastConnect:

    • PROFIBUS Festoon Cable: гибкий сетевой кабель для специальных применений (гирлянды).
    • PROFIBUS Flexible Cable: гибкий сетевой кабель для подключения аппаратуры, расположенной на движущихся частях оборудования. До 5000000 циклов изгиба под углом ±180° на участке длиной 1м.
    • PROFIBUS ECOFAST Hybrid Cable: кабель с 2 жилами для передачи данных и 4 жилами для питания ECOFAST станций.

    Сетевой кабель поставляется по метражу отрезками требуемой длины (минимальная длина 20м). При протяженности сети свыше 1000м соединение отдельных сегментов производится через специальные терминалы, обеспечивающие соединение не только сигнальных жил кабеля, но и их экранов.

    Применение PROFIBUS кабелей FC и специального инструмента для удаления изоляции позволяет существенно ускорить и упростить операции по монтажу электрических каналов связи.

    Монтаж кабеля

    При транспортировке и хранении сетевого кабеля на его концы должны надеваться герметизирующие колпачки.

    Не допускается использование радиусов изгиба кабеля меньше допустимых. В противном случае может быть повреждена изоляция и оболочка кабеля.

    Для прокладки кабеля в земле или строительных конструкциях может быть использован только сетевой кабель, предназначенный для прокладки в земле. Однако в этом случае лучше использовать оптоволоконный кабель.

    Для электрических линий связи, особенно для линий, проложенных в земле, необходимо использовать мероприятия по молниезащите.
