  Cables and adapters must be ordered separately for the SIPLUS CMS1000 Condition Monitoring System:

  • SIPLUS CMS1000 Sensor cable for connection of Sensor and Bearing Guard
  • Adapter for connecting the sensors to different motors

  Дизайн

  SIPLUS CMS1000 Bearing Guard and Sensor are connected via the sensor cable. For connection of the sensor, the cable is provided with a suitably-fitting M12 connector.

  Two different adapters are available for connection to the motors:

  • M6/M6 or M6/M8 adapter:
    for motors with a bearing monitoring connection with M6 or M8 thread
  • M6/SPM adapter:
    for IEC squirrel-cage motors with Q01/G50 bearing monitoring option.
    A measuring nipple for shock-pulse measurement (SPM) is attached here for vibration monitoring of the bearings.
