  SIDOOR expansion units are electronic devices that are always used together with at least one SIDOOR controller. They expand the range of functions, and are connected to the controller via an interface.

  SIDOOR AT‑EB expansion unit for SIDOOR automatic door controllers

  The SIDOOR AT‑EB expansion unit enables SIDOOR controllers to be connected via a PROFIBUS DP interface, and makes additional input and output signals available.

  A door system with up to two door leaves, controlled by separate movement commands, can be moved optimally and according to requirements. The travel curve and door position are evaluated during movements.

  Область применения

  The SIDOOR AT‑EB expansion unit enables up to two SIDOOR controllers to be controlled separately, and the door leaves to be opened and closed according to the system requirements.

  The connected SIDOOR ATD400S or ATE250 platform screen door drive can drive both single-sided and centrally opening doors.

  All SIDOOR platform screen doors can be opened simultaneously via the PROFIBUS DP as soon as the train reaches its end position in the station.

  Application-specific input and output signals are controlled and evaluated via the SIDOOR AT‑EB expansion unit, the input and output signal states are displayed by LEDs.

  • Mechanical installation and configuration:
    The PROFIBUS DP address of the SIDOOR AT‑EB expansion unit is set with rotary switches. The platform screen door drive systems must be installed, see the "SIDOOR Automatic Door Controllers AT40, ATD400K, ATD400S, ATD400V, ATD400W" manual, http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/58531074 and connected to the SIDOOR AT‑EB expansion unit by a D‑SUB9 cable.
  • Electrical configuration and commissioning:

    The door controllers must be commissioned individually in accordance with the commissioning guide. The platform screen door drive systems are controlled and monitored by the SIDOOR AT‑EB expansion unit via PROFIBUS DP.
