Область применения
SIPLUS CMS1000 is the starter system for condition monitoring of rolling-contact bearings in the industrial environment.
The SIPLUS CMS1000 Condition Monitoring System can be used to monitor mechanical components such as motors, generators, fans, or pumps based on characteristic values. Mechanical wear and other damage-related causes can thus be detected in time before a total failure of the mechanical component in the plant occurs.
SIPLUS CMS1000 can be integrated into the Totally Integrated Automation (TIA) architecture.

SIPLUS CMS1000 consists of two components:
- SIPLUS CMS1000 Bearing Guard
- SIPLUS CMS1000 Sensor
Способ действия
The Bearing Guard analyzes the measured values in accordance with the VDI 3832 procedure (DKW) and DIN ISO 10816‑3 (RMS) and signals a limit violation on the display and via floating contacts.
The sensor measures the vibration acceleration of the monitored roller bearing as well as general component and machine vibrations.
