  The RUGGEDCOM RMC41 is a 2-port unmanaged Ethernet switch that provides both copper-to-fiber media conversion as well as 10Mbps to 100Mbps speed conversion. The versatility and wide selection of fiber optics allows the RUGGEDCOM RMC41 to be used in a variety of applications. It can be used in place of traditional copper-to-fiber media converters with the added ability to convert speed from 10Mbps to 100Mbps.

  • Multiple configurations available with 2 Ethernet Ports and optional dual fiber optics
    • 10/100TX ports to 100FX port
    • 10/100TX ports to 100TX port
  • Multimode and single-mode optical transceivers including long-haul optics supporting distances from 20 km to 90 km
  • Industry standard fiber-optic connectors: SC & ST
  • Non-blocking, store and forward switching with only 10 µs latency for high network throughput
  • 24 VDC, 48 VDC, or high-power (88–300 VDC / 85–264 VAC) options for worldwide operability· For use at ambient temperatures from –40 °C to +85 °C without the use of fans
